| After 7 years in Alsancak I suspect that the service is a matter of extremes dependant on where the water is piped to within Alsancak/Yeseltepe. We live near the ravine dividing the two at the end of the pipeline for our particular area. We have had a year with continuous water supply, years with water for a day or an hour in the Summer months every 4th day, and several years with no water in the Summer whatsoever (due to lack of pressure) but bills for "hiss and air" ! If I had a guess I think this year we will be on restricted water until about Jul/Aug then having to use tankers to get us to the late Autumn and hopefully rainfall. I suspect the service will depend on how you are located with regard to altitude and positioning along the pipe which provides the Service. As a contingency perhaps best to have in place a reliable tanker service with reasonable prices. We have friends who seem to be more favourably located and have better service. Best of luck !  |

| ive had about 8 inches in a 2 ton tank this week and having to get a tanker
im not far from sahara yesiltepe yet my mate 400 yards away near the greek church get full 2 ton tank most days....how does that work??? |

| Try Trading Standards!? Yes, I know you think I am nuts but it is possible to do this if you continue to get bills month on month without actually getting any water. Speak to DeputyDawg about it. |
