Apartment is situated on development 'Doga Evleri,' just off main coast road, approximately 500 metres past Starling supermarket before turning for Acapulco.



Monthly maintenance charges are one of the lowest at 50 YTL!! which includes gardening, pool maintenance, street cleaning.

if im correct,is this development close to the army base or maybe i am wrong.

Our advocate states that there are absolutely no issues with the deeds. The land has been 'parcelised'

and all the individual deeds are in place.



We are near to the army land. With regard to the kochan, we do not hold ours. However, it is obtainable as our English neighbour directly below us, on the ground floor, does have hers.
