Hi, anyone had a pond/fountain made and can recommend someone reasonable, where the water was tight and the workmanship was good.

Necat & Zorlu in Nicosia Ind Est (Customs) sell all that kind of stuff, including preformed plastic ponds.

Most pre-formed plastic pools are not deep enough for the water to stay cool enough to support fishlife in the Cyprus climate.



Any Cyprus installed/built pool should, ideally, be at least 2 metres deep.



The water capacity of the pond will determine the circulation rate and filtration required. A pond without ulta violet light treatment won't sustain Koi carp for long. Shade is a consideration, although not essential if water circulation/oxygenation is sufficient.
