Had friends turn up unexpectedly from UK on Sunday, arranged with Sue from Pacific Car Hire for them to take our car over when my hire period finished, sorted so quickly with no fuss, Thank you very much Sue.

Pacific offers best customer service ,



Their office is open untill 20:00 pm.



And emergiency number is available 7/24, and they have good cars..



Thats the reason i use them all the time..

well I always use Pacific now, the car hire rates and taxi fares are very very competative and they have never let me down. No doubt there are other good companies and others not so good but I wont change from Pacific whilst they provide such an eexcellent service.

well I considered using them until I found this line



CAR RENTAL ACCIDENT AND REFUND

If the hirer is involved in an accident which renders the car unsafe to drive, we will endeavour to provide a replacement car or provide a refund for unused days hire. If the hirer is found to have caused an accident, we offer NO replacement and No refund.



I have hired many times and never had an accident but it could happen, I will stick with a company that will replace the car regardless

I have used Pacific many many times for friends and visitors' car hire and transfers - really good value and exceptional service and never ever once let us down. Hats off to Sue (and Kim).

Dear Niceone,



In very few isolated cases we will not replace the vehicle mainly due to our assessment of the driver and circumstances surrounding the incident.



The majority of our hirers are responsible drivers, however accidents can happen to even the best of drivers, we will ALWAYS PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT IN THESE CASES.
