I was interested in your appt until I read your profile. You dont have a good word to say about the site so how do you exect to promote it as a potential place to live.By your own addmission seems there are a lot of problems going on with deeds committees/management companies etc. Good Luck,?

The communual charge is £600.00 per year our apartment is block A apartment 5, if you wish to view it i have a neighbour with the key. I am open to offers the reason for selling is i lost my son in a road traffic accident in February, this was a great expense, as you can imagine.

With Cash. Will you guarantee you have no outstanding site fees or court orders ? A bond to cover any unforseen works that may manifest at a later stage say NHBC type of regulation. If its that good solicitor hold for two years 30% in Sterling. Seems expensive considering some Ratty remarks going on.
