I have paid rather big sums every week, I have no interruption in payments 2 months and more, I have TRNC card (they have problems with Turkish ones) - what shoud I do ? Where is their main office in Lefcosa? Their service number is deeply closed.

Ring them up. I have had occasional problems with Turkcell, always sorted out over the phone.

Their phone writing on the payment card is deeply closed. I can not find their real number , nobody knows in Girne(I mean connection stores).
