have just joined the forum. have bought at Edremit Heights. Have been informed that snagging is now underway. Does anybody kow how the complex is looking

We have also purchased at Edremit heights but as usual have received no info about completion dates, snagging, and more importantly compensation.

We have also bought on Edremit Heights. Progress is slow and we're near two years late on scheduled delivery! From what I hear you've got no chance on compensation.

Hopefully we'll all be getting to know each other round the pools next spring!

We have friends also buying a property with Santa Fe so we are following the progress of both Edremit Heights and Olive Grove as their completion impacts the progress of theirs at Turtle Bay Beach. I wish you all the best with your properties and I too would be interested in the proposed maintenance contracts so we can let our friends know what to expect when their site is completed. Please keep us all up to date Thanks

Santa Fe have not gone Bankrupt! It's these sort of statements that damage companies and if this continues, we will have to instruct our Lawyers to take appropriate Legal Action for Defamation.



If anyone is concerned, contact Santa Fe direct and do not try to damage companies. If they do, Companies will go Bankrupt and Customers will lose their properties. Please let Construction Companies complete Properties and not post damaging false statements.

I can understand their frustration we have been waiting for 2 half year for completion of ours and getting know where fast as for compensation i would love to take them to court but as we all know you are wasting your time and money that we can ill afford specially with the recession on .

As for you taking them to court know doubt because they are a company lawyers it will not cost you a thing so don,t talk about legal action because people on this forum have been there ,done that, and got NO COMPENSATION.

WOW! I started this post hoping to make contact with future co-owners at Edremit Heights which is very near completion in the hope that we could shorten the completion process.



Mu pulse starte racing when I read Mitsi's statement that Santa Fe is rumoured to have gone bankrupt.

Firstly, "Mitsi": Where do you have this information from.

Secondly, "Dusterbruce" , you say you have checked it out...how did you check it out?

and finally who are you Hasan?



I, myself, believe that Santa Fe will, complete the Edremit Heights project.

Augusta, it was from two different sources in a bar at separate times. I am relatively new to TRNC so have little idea what is fact and what is fiction but I learn fast and generallyfind that there is no smoke without fire. I feel like a very bad Dentist.
