I will be taking possession of my new villa near Esentepe in the next few weeks and then using it as a holiday home 2 - 3 months of the year. I need a reliable trustworthy individual/company to maintain the property (3 bedrooms and 8 x 4 pool) with approx 1/2 donum land which is already landscaped. I am prepared to pay well for a good service. No cowboys please.

We do offer property maintenance and pool cleaning but @ the moment on the property side we are not taking on any more houses as we can just about cope with what we have @ present and we feel if we take on any more without extra staff we could not offer you the quality and standard that you would deserve.



What we can offer is if you wish your swimming pool looked after with no chlorine we are the only local pool company who can offer you a 100% non chlorine swimming pool @ £55 per month to care for your 8x4 pool without any extra expensive electronic gadgets or changes to your pool equipment.
