Hi

We are getting married in Kyrenia in September. I have read on many websites etc that you have to be in Kyrenia 6 days before your get married. Does anyone know if it's 6 days or 6 working days???

Thanks for any help

For a legally binding wedding between two non-Cypriots you need to present your documents to the district office 10 days before your wedding day

But if you use a wedding planner, they do that for you and you need only come out to Cyprus 2-3 days before the wedding day. Take a look at http://www.northcyprusweddings.net

Emma Msg 1 - Biggles is right that a wedding planner should know - you seem to be leaving it late for a planner to help or even more so for DIY.

Maybe try Teresa from http://www.weddingsnorthcyprus.com she will have a mine of information. You would be well advised to get a planner as the last thing you want on YOUR SPECIAL day is for things to be unfinished or worse to go wrong with no fall back.
