Companies measuring land boundaries via GPS !

Anybody employed the services of a company to measure land boundaries via GPS? If so, any recommendations & estimated cost please?

The Land Registry Office will come out and do it on application for parcelisation. And their measurements are regarded as final regardless.

Can recommend Canip Sonatli Tel 0533858 1129.Did my boundary in Dec last year-cost £300 but did an excellent job and discovered my neighbour was encroaching on my land.He will organise everything for you including Land registry details.Based in Lapta.

Thanks for the replies! I have concerns our site is encroaching on somebody else's land & need to get some confirmation. As is the norm, our developer is as unhelpful & unresponsive as ever so need to start proceedings to resolve this land issue. Then only need to find out who has the mortgage, get the plot sub-divided, pay ours & the poor developers taxes & then we may one day become the legal owners of our little piece of paradise!!!! One day hey!
