Dear Ray & Jenny

What a breath of fresh air!

After all the sad stories we read about rogue builders, late completions and the rest it is heartening to be reassured that there are genuine builders who do a thoroughly good job, and nice people too taking the trouble to give praise where it is due.

May you have a long and happy life in your wonderful villa!

Kind regards

Jo Valentine

Just like to add we purchased off plan also with this company July, used Remax and our sales co ordinator Eileen, "brilliant".

Can only confirm what Ray is saying and todate we can only say thankyou to Bekir our developer whom has put in a small underbuild due to the land slopping, we asked for it. Cost to use...nothing.

Last week I decided I wanted a different room layout, again Bekir has without complaint said he is happy to do this for use.

The site is in wonderful spot, shares the same ravine as sweetwater bay, but the mountain side of the main road. As you drive over the ravine look to the mountains and you will see the deveoplment.
