The Locksmiths in Tin Pan alley has them, down Girne high Street and first left, shop is on the left, No idea on price though.

Wow, much cheaper in the uk.

Is it for use just for house keys on the outside?

Masterlocks in UK is about £28.

I know because I am a locksmith in the uk and fitted one to my house here recently.
