Hi all,



Has anybody been out to Turtle Bay View lately? If so, are you able to give a progress (or lack there of) update. Unfortunately I have been unable to visit this year, so not too sure what's going on.

We have 16a and 16b and progress is at a standstill we have taken out injunctions on developer for breach ie non delivery .Did you buy thru Turtle Bay Properties? if so do you have a recent contact number for them .The site is a mess and the developers have NOT sold enough properties to fund completion

We have tried contacting them but have not had much joy. We have already handed over 90% of the payment. Do you know who else has bought in this development? Is it possible to do something about it as a group?

We have had both snotty and polite messages from developer who is a nutter . This site is not going to happen ,instruct your solicitor to sue for none completion and get your money back ,only 2 villas complete , no work since november

I have also purchased in Turtle Bay View , The villa was due for completiion March 08 , My sister visited the site in August 08 when the villa was 95% complete and also spoke with the developer, since then I have heard nothing. My sister will be going to Cyprus on 1 Sept to find out what is happening
