Police were called in to launch an investigation after the Bangor based firm went into liquidation without any sign of the Med holiday homes being built.

According to the last published accounts in 2008 Palm Development owes its creditors £735,000. Even now O’Kane is still operating as a financial advisor. He is working out of the same Abbey Street premises in Bangor and using a phone number previously used by Key Mortgages an investment company of which he is a former director.

A Police spokesman said they had received a number of complaints and an investigation is being carried out.

Thanks for that Mike. Isn't he the same guy who was on a TV programme a while ago and even conned some of his neighbours? I thought though that it was in Southern Cyprus.



Dreadful to think that he is still doing business.
