hi just posting this again due to time wasters. i have 2 bed bungalow at the top of catalkoy. with sea and mountain veiws. with a largish garden altough i havent done any thing with the garden im not ver green fingered. and drive way for 3 cars. the site it is on is not completly finished hence the price. fully furnished. i am asking £250 GBP pcm. i will need 1 months rent as deposit and 2 months rent in advance.

Hi,

i forgot to mention it is mains water and electric. with extra water capacity we have never run out of water here. touch wood. water bills are only about 25tly a month never any more than that really.

do you know the YA BELES fruit and veg place at the bottom of catalkoy? i could meet there say 12pm. i have a silver VW polo. i think thats the best place as its easy to stop there. let me know if this is ok
