One bedroom mini villa in Kervansaray, Karaoglanoglu kyrenia (close to the Mercure Hotel)

Open plan lounge and kitchen, fully furnished including cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, water cooler etc.

Separate shower room

Linen provided including beach towels

Approx 100 yds from Kervansaray beach, good local restaurants, short bus ride to central kyrenia.

Rates for May June & Sept £200 p/w then £150 second week

July and Aug £250 p/w £200 second week

A security bond of £100 is required for any damages which is refundable.

I am looking to rent a property in Alsancak, preferably close to the Mercure Hotel. I need it for 3 Weeks from Jul 9th to Jul 30th. It will be for 2-Adults. (No smoking, No Alcohol, No animals) Just a quiet and romantic get-away for a USA couple. Property must be furnished, clean, and must have A/C and preferably Wi-Fi.
