If and when they are caught at least they won't be treated so well as they are back in U.K Latest case in England of 4 men in balaclavas breaking into a house and the owner stabbed one of them - dead - and he and son are now arrested on charge of murder. The other burglars left him to die on the pavement - so much for 'honour among thieves'

Riddles, The fact that the 'alleged' was climbing through the window on with a mask on pretty much rules out the fact he was delivering the milk don't you think? As Britain descends into a lawless society, the softly softly approach needs to be abandoned. Whilst Saddam Hussain was a nutter, he did one great act. When the prisions got overcrowded he executed the murderers & rapists to make more room for the petty criminals. In the UK we would instead build another multi million pound prision that the tax payer cannot afford & frankly does not want to see. As we are now seeing in Greece, when the World economic situation deteriorates law, & order is stretched to the limit. However to maintain a society that functions 'the mob' cannot be allowed to take over. So if the Esentepe thieves are caught the should literally be hung out to dry....there is no other way to effectively long term way to deal with this.

Any person who is found in your back yard/grounds of your home wearing a mask is fair game i feel, and has always been fair game, how on earth could you go into your garden if your dogs where barking alerting you to something and come face to face with a man/persons wearing balaclava masks and not defend yourself. You must defend your castle/home/yourself/your family/ The burglar in salford is a burglar, all burglars deserve whatever happens to them. IMHO. kenny noy was also in the right,he found a man/men/ in his garden when his dogs alerted him and he went to look @ the problem,so he felf scared for his life and when he saw the man wearing a balaclava he thought some one was going to kill him,so he defended himself, but the balaclava man was a police man, pity, police man in the wrong place @ the wrong time in my honest opinion. Do you see how it is so much the same. Theres no difference. Forget the gold. Were talking balaclavas and men in your garden or home.kill them b4 they k

All above is just an example of what i feel to be the correct way of dealing with uninvited guests into the private grounds of your home. IMHO

supposedly kenny Noye flew to Northern Cyprus and stayed with his son Kevin here in TRNC. Police here said he left shortly before British police contacted Turkish authorities about the M25 Cameron murder. If turkish police knew he was here.hmmmmmm. Well anyway. Again i feel there is more than meets the eye to this case, regardless of the outcome of the trial. There has been many miscarrages of justice in past years, this also could be the same,do we know all the facts,no we do not. But we do know he defended himself when a man was in his garden wearing a balaclava and he killed that man in a balaclava,if i was a man id of protected myself the same way.

Just facts. The police man in the balaclava was Det. Cons. John Fordham a 45 year old family man and nice guy. On duty at the time of his death and investigating Kenneth Noye who was at that time suspected of involvement in the Brinks Matt robbery. The facts are that on the 26th of January 1985 DC Fordham was on surveillance in the grounds of Noyes home, he was cornered by Noyes 3 Rottweilers. Noye then stabbed him 11 times in self defence. The jury at Noyes trial accepted a plea of self defence. DC Fordhams training was as such to identify himself if he felt in peril, which I suspect surrounded by the dogs and Noye with a knife he would have done so. Bracketed either side of Johns entry in the Metpol Roll of Honour are Yvonne Fletcher and Keith Blakelock.

Hi Paul, the facts are the owners were out over the road at Tungayenyeri restaurant, only out a few hours, it seems like an opportunist burglary as some expensive items inside were totally overlooked.

Justice ....we currently don't know from any other source except the householders who the dead man is and what he was doing....if it's true what they say, then that's one thing but what if it's not?
