Please can any one advise me on the best way to get sky tv or interesting english satellite programmes and install my dish to recieve any of the above.

forget trying to get sky the size of antenna required makes it difficult and expensive. the showtime service on nilesat is the one to go for all in english and every premeirship game on too, not shure how much but wont cost a fortune. look up the iceman im told he will sort it regards andrew

hi

this subject has been talked about many times and can also be found on the popular tags under satellite

there are a few options you can go down, the first being sky if you are going to take out a subscription which is around £40 a month and you are not bothered about bbc and itv channels then a 1.8mt dish will surfice, if you want the bbc and itv channels and you dont want to pay monthly you will need at least 4mt dish not forgetting a sky box with a ftv card

the other option is to get a showtime subscription package which has got movie,sports & general entertainment this cost around 1300ytl a year on top of what you pay for a 90cm dish and sat box and install

the other option is buying a box which is connected to the net and the pay per view channels are opened but again u have to pay a yearly fee for this

the other option is which i tell people about is buying 2 dishes one pointed at hotbird and the other at nilesat (name of satellites) you will need a sat box

the brand u will need is a next ye 2000, once u have installed this syatem which cost around £200-£250, you contact me and i have software which opens around 30 english channels like movies,sports,general, kids,music and much more, i do charge for the software and the service, i will guide you thru the whole setup thru skype or msn
