I also have a friend who is selling a two bed at Caesar's, lovely apartment fully furnished, not sure of the price, ? but could find out if your interested? I have keys for it if you want to view. (I'm not an agent just the emergency key holder.)

Blade, you make an interesting comment there, I wonder how many more people are quietly selling on behalf of friends, perhaps more are for sale that it appears. I am interested in investment properties on the east of the island and recently I came across a nice little website where owners of a smart and very well appointed flat in Caesar are presenting it to the market. But they make it clear it is NOT for sale but in exchange for property on the Adriatic or in Portugal, I wonder how many others are trying that approach to get out of Caesar? (I hear that owners are getting PtP without problem).



Interestingly they also offer a tidy traditional Cypriot farm house for similar exchange on behalf of others. I wonder how many properties in North Cyprus are being exchanged for others elsewhere?

I have two 2 bedroom apartments available for sale on Caesar Resort near Iskele - ideal for commuting to Famagusta. Will accept £38,000 for either of them or £72,000 for both in order to attain quick sale to pursue other business opportunities.
