Help with regards to Firefox on laptop

I have had problems with going onto Firefox when I log in, it works for a short while but the goes off so annoying as I am always logged into something and can not log out ! It saying it not compatible..then say's its embarrassing.. I keep blushing !



The only way I can use the laptop is through the Chrome Google and that's fine but I have kept a lot of things in my bookmarks and its annoying not being able to refer back to them all when I need to..



Thanks for your help on this one..Laugh you might but is driving me nuts

rowlo...Thanks so very much for your help..But the problem is when its not running...its just installed on the laptop..so I can go onto either then its running..

I never have them both on together..So I would have thought I could use either !But it seems not !



Now how to take one off ! LOL Oh dear things are on here like itunes and never get used...Blooming hell I so wish I had a man that knew more that I do

spider , click start , go to control panel , double click add/remove programmes , a list will appear of all installed programmes , click on the one you want to remove , click uninstall and it will be done , keep me posted if you need any more help ?

Thanks will give it a go...Its been going on now a long time and thinking back it probably is since when I started using chrome lol..............It started crashing on firefox so therefore someone put the google chrome on for me..and I am unable to use the firefox with all my bookmarks on...Such a better and easy way for me they were all just down the side of the page..



Anyway I am soon to go back home and a friend there will soon sort it all out for me and see whats what ! and take away whats not needed..I might even learn how to store some music.That will get me legs a going again..Thank goodness.They have not been dancing about much and not a lot going on here to get me laughing !

Chrome does cause problems..... especially with Vista. Uninstall it and reinstall Firefox.

Well I have just had another problem with the now firefox...And for goodness sake I could not get onto the the Google at all ! Never to see the internet again !



I was stuck with just the laptop and no way of getting on line AHHHH,,

Well here it is..I got rid of the google chrome..back to firefox..still not good it keeps going all light and fluffy So I had no Google AT ALL...found window internet explorer and tried to install THAT..because I did start of with this one a few years ago...pmsl... Oh dear oh dear...

Well after getting the Chrome bar off..and trying the Firefox yet again tonight I have now decided to log onto the .....e....Windows Internet Explorer....I have downloaded all the required updates too
