Turkcell Internet question.......!!!

I just received this message from turkcell via my dongle, and as I am not a computer expert I wondered what it actually means.



"You can use your internet package only within the borders of TRNc. Your international uses are charged from international gPRs tariff".



Does it mean for example if I use an IP address in the uk I am being charged more from here every time I use the internet.



Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

I have used dongles with local sims to access my UK VPN and never had such a message...nor been charged for 'roaming'



If you are using the Turkcell dongle in 'TRNC' you aren't roaming...



I wouldn't worry, if I were you.

Hi 6m & moonstone.

I have just called turkcell and as far as I can make out, they said if I use a uk or foreign IP address the dongle thinks I am out of the trnc and they charge me international rates. What the international charge is for this I have no idea...!!
