Bring it down (If its a laptop) to TECHMAR opposite the Lemar in Karakum , we can sort it out for 10 TL

What a rip off! You can sort it at the main Turkcell office in Girne for FREE!

Yes, we had the same probs with Windows 7 & the dongle.

Turkcell were very helpfull.
