How strange. I will keep a look out for him/her when I'm over for 2 weeks from tomorrow.

I always wanted a monkey when I was a kid - one thing my father would not allow, and I can

see his point now, but they are interesting and cute. The ones I came across in India were not

so nice though and would snatch thing from your very hands!

Is the monkey still around or has it been claimed?

The monkey disappeared after 2 days and we haven't seen her since. For anybody interested, she was definitely a Vervet monkey.

If anyone should gaze upon their garden or adjacent trees and see an organ and an organ grinder this could be a clue that the monkey is back in the vicinity. Notice could be given on the forum as I would be willing to try and form a posse (with the Wildebeest (bless her), and me hoss, in an effort to corral the gritter. However, if pink elephants are spotted at the same time, I reserve the right, to holster me shooter, and remain in me lazyboy armchair surrounded by tins of Effes.
