For a long time Santa Fe have been on the "don't go there list" However, are they wrongly being given credibility by the HBPG? It is this sort of woolly approach that confuses buyers as to who is trustworthy and who one should avoid and also allows buyers to be kept in limbo whilst supposedly working in partnership. http://www.hbpg-trnc.net/documents/Press/CT130411_meeting.html

'To its credit Santa Fe realised it had made mistakes but so did some of the purchasers' Well forgive me but in a Contract the only obligation a purchaser has is to pay, could their mistake be they paid in good faith because they believed the photos they were shown were the truth. Or could it be they witheld their payment because a. they were not satisifed with the work b. the work wasn't done. When you think about it there isn't much room for a purchaser to make a mistake is there? Now the builder has many many obligatons in a Contract and I would hardly call tryng to renege on those obligations 's mistake', I call it downright dishonest and where they have' mistakenly' taken out a mortgage, I call that criminal fraud. That's just me though.

NN - As Napolean said 'it is sometimes necessary to sacrifice a general in order to motivate the others' - so maybe when one of the directors of these crooked companies is mowed down in the street (by accident of course) by one of thier customers, then it might make the others think twice ....... Of course I wouldn't act in such a rash manner, but it seems only a maatter of time until someone does....
