I have a client looking to rent a property for 2 years, while they have their own villa constructed. They are business clients and need to have a property - preferably open plan with a pool that will allow for entertaining clients both indoors and outdoors. Pool necessary / tennis court a plus.

Location between Karaoglanoglu and Catalkoy. willing to pay in the region of 1000stg /month up front for two years.
