keen follower of 44 for last 5 years on the whole have found forum interesting and informative. decided time we joined and contributed our occasional two penny worth.

We start with a request please can anyone rec from personal experience a good go getter aggresive solicitor for what could be an interesting case

Well for starters... there are no solicitors here. That system simply does not exist.

mess 7/8 - you'll probably find that any lawyer you use will be related somewhere down the line to the person you are tangling with - so ultimately you'll shell out thousands and end up losing..........

Thank you message 11, I am quite capable of looking at a list and sticking a pin in . I was hoping for a more constructive suggestion. Are you saying they are all excellent advocates, who will aggresively present their clients case to a court and work hard for their clients. !!! I don't think so, or not from my limited experiences.

As you well know their are advocates who specialise in defence work of these there are good ones and there bad ones. I was hoping to be rec to a very good one

We have an excellent case but need someone to present it in the right way to the judge
