advice on banks and connecting utilities in Lapta North Cyprus

Hi every one! Moveing to Lapta in a few weeks. Need a good bank in the area, a bank that uses internet banking and in English. (would like to pay utility bills on line) Any surgestions?



Hopefully my house will be secured this week and I need to register somewhere so that electricity and water are in my name. Where do I go and what documents do I need?



Really gratefull for any info and advice

We can set up standing orders to pay all your utility bills from your account and offer very good interest rates on swvings accounts. I am there every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 until 4. we use both creditwest and iktis both great english ,atm,internet ,etc

as for water /elec you have to go to lapta belidya for water/rates etc

and the main elec office for elec .....hope they have meteres in stock when u arrive !!

where in lapta r u movin too ???

We use Universal Bank adjacent to Starling Supermarket Lapta/Alsancak. They have internet banking in english and they also have an english speaking guy called Bora. They also pay bills for you. or, alternatively, you can pay over the counter.
