mess 1 - so if demand is so high - why haven't you shifted all your boss's villas on the site in Alalgadi - you know, the one on the right hand side as you go towards the golf course ??



the site looks like a ghost town - pitty the poor people who bought of plan and have no villa...............

Dear Negative Nick, I think that you have us confused with somebody else, we do not have a site at Alagadi. We have a completed, with seperate deeds and sold project of 8 luxury villas zero to the sea in Esentepe. Please be careful before you say your negativenick things it is not nice to make accusations that are not correct.

Hello Hazel our clients budgets vary for example highest demand is for villas around 150k Catalkoy - Edremit up to 200k is also selling well, Bellapais is generally more expensive and there are less clients however we do have clients waiting for our call when we receive new property to our books whom location and size is there main priority. We also have a daily demand for apartments in Kyrenia and others looking for weekend or holiday homes by the sea. Our commission is 5%, please contact me to discuss in further detail. Hello Hazel, our agreements are all mutli agent and 5% of the sale price is the total amount payable by the vendors.

Hello Misunderstood, Boray Developments and Estates are a Construction company and Estate agent. We are not connected to Bormat. We are selling the remaining apartments in Kucuk Erenkoy (completed with seperate title deeds) which were built by Boray developments. Currently our main business is re sale property as we have to follow market trend and demand. We have 7 sales executives in our Karaoglanoglu office and an office in Nicosia.
