Dear All,



Does anyone have, or know of any TT villas for rent, fully furnished, with pool, long term preferable. The areas I am looking for are close to Kyrenia centre Ozankoy, Zeytinklik, Edremit, Dogankoy, budget is 1000 euro per month.

Why TT ? I may have what you require, when do you need it from ? I just want to have an idea as to why it is important to be this title as a rental property.

Good question, my colleagues work for the EU, the EU policy is that they are only allowed to stay in TT properties, or hotels built on TT land.

You should get lots of interest if you are prepared to pay silly prices. If we still lived out there I would have moved out of our place for you and found a decent abode at a much cheaper rental for us to live in.

what about the villas that are turkish title when you bought but the government are not giving the title now

Better look @ around £1000 a month.



They all gone crackers with there prices.



Houses to let are in short supply,the letting agents have now found a new cash-cow,so its getting milked.
