UPS package in south problem

hello anyone,

i have a package in south cyprus , in the nicosia UPS branch, and the package was supposed to arrive in north cyprus as i included mersin 10 via turkey in the senders address. but now, all i get from UPS is that they cant deliver the package to me in the north, that i have to come and collect it there myself.

im not a cypriot nor a national of any european nation, so that rules out any possibilities of me going there to pick it up myself. i was wondering if you guys knew any way to get my package from south cyprus to north cyprus as it's urgent. i called the DHL office in the north but they dont comprehend what i was trying to tell them. i told them if they could get the parcel from the south part to here, i wouldnt mind paying any extra costs, but they kept saying i should call UPS and hear what they had to say. hope someone can help. thanks in advance

am not suprised DHL were confused you said it was UPS why would DHL know what your on about
