i had an Airfel 12000 btu fitted in my spare room 2-3yrs ago . The internal unit is noisy as it seems to catch or the fan is wonky. Anyway......i need either to replace the internal unit or buy another full unit. Is there Anyone out there who can suply and fit the internal part (model no As12-3002s). Or can give recommendations to replace the whole unit. This option seems a waste but i suppose options are limited. many thanks for any responses. John.

Hi John, I doubt Airfel would let you have just an indoor unit as this would leave an outdoor unit spare. We could take a look and see if we can resolve this problem, or have you been down that route already? Alternatively, we could supply and fit a new 12000Btu complete system for 800TL, subject to survey.

Veli dealt with a similar sounding problem in our main bedroom. It just needed the capacitor replacing in the unit. Veli's phone number is05428536482

msg 4, The capacitor that you refer to is in the outdoor unit, not the indoor unit.
