yes it has electric and a pool and lovely gardens. its on the olive grove estate opposite the lapis water tower before you get to esentepe. previous tenants very happy but have been offered a frree villa to look after for friends..

forgot to mention is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms(1 en suite) and down stairs cloakroom. also the villa is completely fully furnished ,sat tv and internet .
