Lots of old threads regarding this builder and his sites. He is hard to keep track of because he is constantly changing the names of his business. Attracts lots of buyers because his houses are of a superb design and he sells them very cheap. Locations are usually very good. Remax took us to the development but it just all seemed to good to be true. If I remember the £85000 for this 3 bed villa with pool, included white goods and free flights to check build progress.



Phew, what a lucky escape!



Read the old Ca Sa threads and you could see this disaster unfolding many years ago.

Pauline is not one of his victims but a member of K5 bought from him too and was double sold an Aga villa, talk about things coming in threes. Not on incesu though.
