This is simply 'noise' - deflection from your inability to be HONEST with clients... time will demonstrate who REALLY knew what they were talking about.... tick, tock...

It is a fact that washerman chose to today post an abject bald face lie about me on a thread I had not even been in till he did so that was nothing to do with the thread topic what so ever. This is not the first time he has done so. What he clamied was simply not true, yet he posted it as fact and then he claimed that he was told this lie by YOU 0maintenace. That is what this thread is about. Did you tell him this lie 0maintenance, or is it washerman lying when he says you told it to him ?

Therein lies the problem m's, mud does stick and there is nothing worse than a liar, I am not saying these are lies in this instance because I don't know and me being me believe nothing until I am satisfied with the burdon of proof, that in itself can be a little shaky at times given the often murky waters and nature of anonimous boards.Personally, I think that business feuds do more harm than good to all involved, it wouldn't suprise me if you had all lost business directly or indirectly as a result of these threads.

Roomy for the record, I made the effort to meet washerman in person, going to the location of his choice at the time of his choice and he 'walked out' of the meeting. I tried the same with 0maintenace and having failed to meet her the first time, and having said I would try again to her directly via email and here publicaly on the forum, she choose to publicaly brand me a 'stalker' for my trouble, all based on a lie that she had no idea that I would try a second time, having failed to meet here the first, even though I said I would try again via email and on the forum publicaly.

There is a difference between joining in on such a thing, for a bit of mischiveous fun, and being the instigator of such a thing as part of an ongoing sustained campaign seeking to tarnish an indivduals integrity on the forum.

I have a long standing and deep interest in the potential power of user based forums and in how that potential power and can be and often is undermined by 'malicous' contributors. This intrest go back well over 10 years for me and I have written articles in the past about such things in the UK press. As part of my desire to try and understand these things I have a long history of meeting people I have clasehed with on forums face to face, again going back more than 10 years. None of this is anything new for me.

Clashing with people on forums is a normal and natural part of use of such things. What differenicates people is how they respond to such clashes and to what degree they have an incentive to WANT such clashes and their continuation compared with how much they have an incentive to try and deal with the problem and reduce such clashes. Those in the business of trying to bismirch a given posters integrity clearly will have little or no desire to reduce such clashes or do anything that might result in such.

Washermans 'lie' that he claims you told him, and that you claim you may or may not have said, was not that I was lying. It was that I intenfuly used a second ID in order to do a "hatchet jod [sic] on Zerochlor". Washerman stated it as fact. It is not true. It is therefore nothing more than defamation. Does such direct and intentful defamation 'upset' me. Yes to some small degree it does, because truth matters to me as does my integrity. Does it upset me more because it is part of an ongoing campaign of such ? Yes it does. Lies are lies, insinuations are insinuations and truth is truth is truth.
