| message 14 Its not that bad as Civets eat mainly insects, rodents, hares, reptiles, carrion, wild fruits and fish,so once that is Passing through a civet's intestines the beans are then defecated, keeping their shape. After gathering, thorough washing, sun drying, light roasting and brewing, these beans yield an aromatic coffee with much less bitterness and it does make a beautiful drinking experience. |
