| Although in modern times people have used sealed fish and/or vegetables to make "kleftico", ths is is primarily the Greek name for cooking "lamb" dish slowly in an oven. Chicken Kleftico? You must mean "Fırında tavuk" or "tavuk fırın kebabı", (i.e. roast chicken), since even the traditional TC version of Kleftico (Fırın Kebabı) usually refers to Lamb garnished with herbs and cooked in an oven. Whichever it is, it sounds good value for money anyway so I hope you do well |

| Big oz i know that it is typically done with Lamb but we have found there are a few people that dont eat red meat, so to offer them and alternative we provide chicken. |
