Subject says it all. 1.5V's. They look a bit like hearing aid batteries. Anywhere between Karsiyaka and Esentepe will do. Thanks.

Bought a sheet of about 50 different 'hearing-aid' style batteries to replace those in various clocks and watches in Mr Pound about 3 years ago. Got loads left too...

OK Gavin, you have definitely convinced me and "most" of the thousands that were previously undecided. Do you still have the "fatura". If so, everyone would be convinced. I've also got that "sheet". But I couldn't remember where I bought it. Unfortunately, it only has one LR44 left.

Re: Msg 14, "...But I couldn't remember where I bought it..." Could it be OBI in Düsseldorf ?(It is where I bought mine about 3 years ago.) No 1.5V's left either. Sorry!

Most calculators are fitted with LR44's - should be plenty of places to find them - I know you asked for TRNC, but Orphanides have them for sure!
