| Hello all, please read this carefully:
We are looking for a house but naturally we do NOT need to be connected to the electricity grid. We have our own solar grid...
A big water tank for tanker delivery would be acceptable if there is no water connected yet.
The area between Catalköy and Lapta would be fine, the Alsancak/Karao area perfect.
A view to the sea would be welcomed, a pool as well, but not too big, max 10x5.
Two, max three bedrooms are great, preferably a bungalow.
A car park would be nice or a garage, or the possibility to create a closed area, the garden not too big.
Do you know anybody who owns such a house and want it to let for an period of approx a year or longer from around february 2009 onwards?

I have a friend who would be in a position to help you as she can rent her place out no problem. I will send you an e.mail and you can get intouch with her, I have told her that you would give her an e.mail or ring. She is in the Lapta area but is in UK at the moment
