Just watched the programme

2nd week it has featured Cyprus



But that bloke looks like he has hope



BUT why did he refuse a full refund twice?



the developer admitted his mistake and offered a full refund

i watched this actually a step too far he was offered a refund as you say twice byt which tim eI think it was more personal



Did you see the UK property !!! with 2 foot of water under their property and they say Cyprus is bad

That was fairer but the costs should have been added.

The fact was that the Brit involved also wanted to be paid the sums put down, the interestst, costs AND compensated for loss of profit and that in my eyes is greedy

He definately shoudl have taken the money and run ... at least he had the house up and money offered some dont even get that ... it became personal though then no amount of money helps some

but the developer was taken to court
