Has anyone any idea why the restaurant is closed. It was closed last night and last Monday too!



We were going to take friends there for dinner.

I'm sorry to say that I spoke to the owner last week and he has closed the restaurant for

good due to lack of business.



One of my favourite restaurant too!

Yes we are very sad too. Went a week or so ago hoping for a nice steak and found it closed. I hope that Hamit will start up somewhere else if he can as I really miss his seafood meze.

It is on the way to Metehan crossing. If you turn right towards Gonyeli when you get to the roundabout in lefkosia - the one with the large baked potatoes on sticks!-- and following left at the traffic lights as if going to the Metehan vehicular crossing, you will find Mirage a few hundred metres up that road onthe right.

it is in fact one of those owned by Niazi - and as in other Niazai establishments I found it a great place for coffee and food.

sorry if that is not as clear as youwould like, but I haven't been round there for a while.
