Went to a well known and retaurant in Ozankoy tonight - a restaurant we've been to many times before and waited for 40 minutes for our meal that did not turn up - youngest (7 years old) was getting tired. asked 3 times for some chips for him while we were waiting - finally waiter turned up with 4 bowls of chips - all for other people - all of whom had arrived later than us - asked for bill and left without eating - no apologies from manager / owner other than to tell me that this was not a fast food restaurant (really?)



Sad that a previously great place we have eaten at can give such poor service - we voted with our feet, would you have waited?
