I have a 3 bed apt in Alsancak near life zone gym for £320, I have another one in alsancak near to Riverside which will be available next week with all brand new furniture etc for £325, a penthouse for £350 etc. They can be viewed on http://www.cypruswiseproperty.com or you can call the office on monday to make an apt to view 0392 8211360. Probably most of these will be gone by September but it will give you an idea of whats available and no doubt we will have more when you need one in Sept. Best regards Lydia
