I am an owner of an apartment on Patara City but unfortunatley I have non-payıng tenants that refuse to leave. I am lookıng to rent a 1 bedroom apartment (or other at the iıght price) on Patara from approx 13th July to 30th July, dates are flexible a couple of days either side.

get ozyalcins to remove the water pump. since you are the owner and pay the maintenance they could do this for you. The site doesnt allow water tankers for this exact purpose (or they didnt last year). this should get rid of them. Sorry to go off the exact posting but non payers drive us all insane.

You can probably change the lock, while they are not around, even if they are around. The only way how they will get in, is coming to collect their belongings escorted by you. Probably... Just an idea....

Regarding to your problem of sitting tenants

you better contact Sunbeams estate agency, they can help you to get rid of the tenants

as they successfully helped people to do it before

Further to my last posting,
