I am looking for a 3 bedroom property with a private pool for a friend that is coming over in August. It needs to be in a quiet area and not too overlooked by other properties. Looking in the Alsancak/Lapta areas but may consider the East side if the price is right. Have funds to around £100,000.

In addition I will only be interested in resale properties with all taxes paid and a title deed in place.
