I'm aware of some old threads that are somewhat related to the subject but I was wondering if it is a good place to start for anyone looking to buy a property in NC (I am not).

Having had a look through the list and noting their general location, perhaps it is better to describe them as a list of properties aimed at people who wish to retire or buy-to-let.

I'm aware of the risk that such a discussion may attract the usual vitriol about property purchases in NC but I am really only interested in the background to such a specific section in Cyprus44.
