Let me explain, the 700 is the price when we let it as a holiday apartment, if you divide 700 GBP by 30 days you get 23 GBP per day, and this apartment can sleep 6 persons. So you see for a holiday it is not expensive but cheap! We have a huge pool at the complex, a playroom for children, a cleaner and a handyman to help you with anything that you may need, and also we are about to open a restaurant at the complex. We are located just 10 min walk from the beach, and we are right in the center of Girne, next to a supermarket, laundry, pharmacy, shops, restaurants etc.



When we rent for long term apartments which are fully furnished are priced at 550 GBP, and without furniture it is 350 GBP.



To Deniz1: I really doubt that you can rent a good quality villa in a good location for just 350 GBP. Some people are actually willing to overpay for quality and location. We do have villas which we rent out, but they are all occupied at the moment even though the price is 1000 GBP per month.
