| Poor service, 45 minutes to serve a sandwich which was very average
Pool already caused problems with a few people, one woman's hair went a tint of green and two pairs of trunks for other people ruined
After being a regular here for years giving this a miss until they get in a proper manager like Debbie or Rose |

| Yes Debbie was first rate , such a shame because it is a really nice place and I know that Riverside have sent them lots of oversplill custom.

| We had a wonderful stay at Park Lane a couple of years ago and particularly enjoyed the food. We went back on our next visit just for a meal and what a change. The food was terrible and the karaoke even worse. We have not been back since!

Strange how yesterday neighbours of mine went to Park Lane and when they asked for Rose they were told she was on holiday. They had one drink and left
She doesn't work there any more or has done for a little while
We will not be back under current management
