Is the operating system the new windows 7 which most netbooks from the uk have and is very restrictive ? What colours ?

Yes it is windows 7. Which I find to be pretty good and a surprising improvement to windows xp.

Pls explain what you mean by restrictive? We can also install windows xp on their if you wish.

Colours are black only!

They make it sound worse than it is!

You dont need the os to have everything!

You can always download specific free software according to your needs.

I believe that win 7 is microsofts best os so far, starter or not.

Besides its a bit of a marketing scam if you think about it. Buy home premium for 30 more pounds they say!

But what are you exactly paying for! A different name? hmmm home or starter.. same thing different name.

If you want music streaming get vlc for FREE and you will find it preforms better also. If you really need it that much!

No , but it has VGA out which also can be used with any LCD tv.

We have a 14 inch netbook with HDMI out.

Also many of our laptops have hdmi out.

I am afraid it would be far too slow in its functioning, with all the software used to run notebooks nowadays Anything less than 2.3 GHz would really be too slow and frustrating...

Right now we have a 15.4 inch Toshiba on sale for 899 TL



We also have a 7 inch touchscreen Android 2.2 MID Tablet PC for 99 pounds
