Can anyone out there tell me where we can purchase a Pool Pump? Name of it is GEMAS, 1 h.p. V 230, HZ 50 Phase 1-8 - 17-10, IP 55-10 - 14 - 90 UF 25, RPM 2800 Currant 5.15 amp Outside Dia of Pump 20cm Outside Dia of filter 13.5cm

Surely, all you need is a 1 HP 240 volt pump whose connections [inlet & outlet] fit your existing pool piping?



I can't see any reason for having to buy the same pump, except to possibly save you having to make an extension, or reduction, to the length of the existing pipework.

I can see where you are coming from roy but we are trying to save our Landlord more money. he is a decent chap. We can get any pump and make it work but it is all extra don't you agree. Thanks anyway. it may well come to that. but we live in hope that we can get the same pump.

Go to Top Clean who are on the road down to the new harbour. They bought out all the stock when Splash Pools jacked it in. Splash were Gemas agents.

Like for like pump exchange is a 10 minute job. A different pump will take an hour or so over two days.

BTW, Gemas pumps are shite, so you might want to mod the pipework and fit an Astral Victoria 1hp anyway.
