Is the site complete now to every ones expectations or are there any issues ?

There doesn't appear to be many owners moved in yet other than a couple.

Has any one recieved their Title Deeds yet?

Any info ?

I would like to enquire when do you pay for your deeds? We have not been requested for it yet, and therefore I would like to get some info on how long does it take and when are you asked for this?

Hi, we are on the next site along from Mayfair Park (Kulaksiz 6). You are unlikely to get your deeds for several years, as there are a lot of things that need to be done first. You are likely to be asked to pay the VAT (5%) when you get the keys. Make sure that you get a fatura then (official VAT invoice). The other taxes which are 3%, you pay when you get the deeds.

I wonder why so many buyers at Mayfair Park seem reluctant to discuss any problems they are facing. It may be better to ask others who have suffered at the hands of Unwin Estates, UZ & Bay Investments Ltd, Nessa Construction, than to face the future without understanding the track record of the afore mentioned and consider the considerable " extras " you will still be confronted with, when you discuss the matter of the deeds with the UZs. Face it now, or you may well regret having not done so.
